My thoughts:  Interesting portable monitor.  I do not know how many people would use a portable 1080p monitor except maybe your phone.  Since it has an external power supply, you still need to be near a wall plug.
 
If anyone else has an idea on how they would use this, chime in.

    had to look @ the User Guide to see that it does indeed have a screen cover
     
    That would have made for a nice photo in the advertisement - that looked like the back of the monitor in those phots
