I would personally NOT suggest flashing your BIOS for no reason.  You are taking the risk of making your MB inoperable!  A bad/incomplete flash will make your board unusable until you replace the bios chip and/or replace your MB!  I personally wouldn't hesitate to do it myself as I have flashed boards for years and know what I am doing.  You are inexperienced and ARE running the latest version for your MB, so even as experienced as I am, I would NOT be taking a risk of flashing it for no reason!

oh theres the iso. I wonder why the driver page only points me to a bin file that i cant do much with lol. Alright cool ill apply this and hope for the best when i come across a q9650

You already have the P33 BIOS according to the AIDA64 pic you posted so no need to even update the BIOS. Slanty kind of pointed that out above in a round-about way without actually saying it.
