I got my step 2 on 4/12
UPS lost the 3080 during shipping on 4/22
Today 4/29 EVGA is starting the advance RMA process to get me another card......
The wait continues.

Signed up 9/24 at 12:30 p.m. Got my notice 4/20, shipped it out the next day. Received card today, April 29th. Two Day shipping both ways.

Absolutely amazing, i had the 3900xt beforehand and that thing does not compare. The single threaded performance is superior, the multi-threaded performance is far better. The most noticeable thing has been the I/O, memory controller, even though these supposedly have the same memory controllers as the 3000 series, even XMP stability, trying to get GDM, 1T CR, and PDM to run with some measure of stability on the 3000 series was a no go for me, even with a "overclocking" friendly motherboard. I had tried multiple 3000 series chips (3600,3700, 3800, then a 3900xt) and none of them would run memory reliably, the 5000 series seems to be much more stable (have a 5600 on another pc, same scenario) even with the same memory controller. With PBO, good cooling, and LLC's tuned, you should be able to hit 5ghz on multiple cores, imo.

Definitely will RMA, seems like it's an issue with the fan bearing. I'm seeing what they think through the support tickets though.
