Unknown GPU Clock, Memory Clock and Memory usage.

I attached a screenshot of my HWiNFO. There's something going on with the GPU Video Engine Load and GPU Video Encoder because my system is basically sitting at idle. If you look at it they're both sitting at around 17% usage for both. I'm not sure if it's a driver issue. I just installed the 445.98 hot fix. My GPU Clock is @ 1350 and the Memory Clock is @ 8000. Any help would be appreciated

    Ok guys I figured the problem out. RTX Voice is the culprit.

    Glad you got it figured-out ... thank you for sharing your work around 
     
    Do you have a dedicated sound card or chip on your MB ?
     
    I like GPU-Z to see what the GPU is doing & why ... look @ Sensor Tab - very useful tool
