Hi, is anyone else getting the following message when trying to enter the Step Up Program? "Unfortunately, StepUp program is not available for your country at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact EVGA Support supporteu@evga.com with any questions or concerns." I live in London, UK, the step up program option was available for me 24 hours ago (with only the 20-series options), and the UK does quality for the Step Up Program But I woke up this morning, checked if the 30 series was on there and it says it's not available for my country (the above quoted message) Is this an indicator that the Step Up Program being down for maintenance? Or is this error happening specifically to me for some reason? I'm getting real anxious about it because I only have a couple of days to step up right now :S

I’ve got the same issue and also UK based. I’m seriously concerned that we’re gonna be fed some junk about Brexit :(

I’m not sure how StepUp works as this would be my first time using it but I’ve heard from people that they don’t add them to the list unless they’re available and I’ve heard that they add them anyways so you can wait in queue and get one when it’s available. If anyone could fill me in, that would be great.

I dont see them either. I think that the queue is only for NA atm. Im EU and going to step up from a 2080S. I'm watching the site since this morning. There is no 30 series available on my list. I'm not sure why.

I’m aware of the time but a few people have claimed in different threads that the 30 series cards were showing for them.

They were definitely there earlier. Tbh didn't think to screenshot it. Maybe it was a technical glitch / error and it is all locked or managed on a region by region basis. Lets hope. Good luck to all.

I would call customer service to see if it was a glitch. Keep in mind today with the launch things are going to be a bit crazy but things should sort themselves out quickly. I wouldn't freak out unless it's the last day you can step up.

I eventually got past the "Unfortunately....not in your country" message, but there are no 3080's available to select - even though they are listed in the stepup main page as being part of the program.

Yeah same here. It's listed here too but not at the step up program. They might add it later.

The EU website is experiencing an error. Give them time to get this corrected. I would say to use the Germany number if you need to call and the UK number isn’t working.

Also from UK experiencing same issue with it not showing on the list, so hopefully being updated, just need to wait.
Quick question to anyone who has experience of Step-up.
Do we just convert the cost we paid in GBP to Euro?As it asks for the price paid in Euro so I would assume so?

This is a joke for your EU customers EVGA. Nice to see people over the pond have been able to get into queues, but absolutely nothing for your EU/UK customers. What about people who have specifically bought your cards (at a premium) for your StepUp programme that will now miss out?

So,
I am no longer experiencing this issue, and now have the ability to step up again
But there are ONLY 20 series cards available as options
Hopefully they'll add the 30 series soon!

It seems EU once again gets screwed by EVGA. Once, one of the better AIBs for Europe, they've basically stuck the knife in the back of their loyal customer base. They did the same with the 20 series. All shipments were going to the US and UK got sloppy seconds. Even more ironic as we actually pay more for our tech (excluding VAT) than most of the western World. Will be the last time I pay a premium for an EVGA product to get a service that treats its EU customers like pond scum. Absolute joke. It's been 8 hours since the US has been able to queue for 3080 step-up and we are still waiting. I'm looking into whether they are breaking EU law by miss selling or misadvertising services.
