All shipments were going to the US and UK got sloppy seconds.
Even more ironic as we actually pay more for our tech (excluding VAT) than most of the western World. Will be the last time I pay a premium for an EVGA product to get a service that treats its EU customers like pond scum. Absolute joke. It's been 8 hours since the US has been able to queue for 3080 step-up and we are still waiting. I'm looking into whether they are breaking EU law by miss selling or misadvertising services.
Uk is not EU anymore :D
It technically is, until January.

Also from UK experiencing same issue with it not showing on the list, so hopefully being updated, just need to wait.
Quick question to anyone who has experience of Step-up.
Do we just convert the cost we paid in GBP to Euro?As it asks for the price paid in Euro so I would assume so?
I’d like to know too, as it’s not overly clear whether we do the conversion or not

Same here, only the RTX 2xxx FTW series showing.
Interestingly on the main stepup info pages they've taken the 3080 off the available list

I managed to get in it as well for UK. So use a different browser or device in case it has cached.

Yeah, tried a few machines and browsers, it's not caching. Possibly they've updated a couple of web servers and not others? It's a bit odd that it's vanished from the step up info page

At this rate, I am just going to return my card and hedge my bets at getting a 3080 at retail. This is a bit too unorganised. I was sold on EVGA through this program and their customer service, both of which have been lacking so far.
