I'm trying to RMA a defective product but my account says the following

You have unresolved issue(s). Please contact .

Please assist.

    Probably will have to give them a call during business hours.
     
    Might be something as simple as uploading the invoice for the item.

    It sounds like there is a issue with one of your registered products. Please feel free to open up a support ticket or give us a call at  1(888) 881-3842, 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm pacific time so we can try to resolve the issue.
