My CPU usage seems to go Up and down aswell with pretty High spikes while doing nothing. +- 30%

When I look at the graph in the task manager - History of CPU usage, the spikes almost go to the top. which doesnt seem right, Could be wrong.

im from europe that's why there's some time between me replying again to your posts etc.
I think I had the same thing happening a long time ago but I believed it didnt make my whole PC slow, only my games, and back then it was a RAM problem.

Donwloaded GPU-Z & Eleet again to watch my temps again.

My GPU seems to be running a little hotter then normally, but the weather has changed again, It got warmer the last days, So I assume it's cause of that. Only the GPU usage is like +50% when just browsing internet watching a stream 100% when I start up diablo. Is it supposed to go that high with only doing minor things?

My CPU is running arround 30° idle don't think thats any problem. The different cores arround 40ies.

CPU temp sounds fine and normal.  GPU usage will go up to +90% range while gaming if you're not using Vsync.  I don't monitor my GPU usage except for while gaming, so I don't know if what you're seeing while browsing or streaming is normal.  But it does sound on the high side.

Took a screenshot of what I described some posts earlier, About my video deforming when I watch something fullscreen, This is with VLC.
The moment I right click somewhere when in fullscreen it gives me this http://i.imgur.com/7XY34.jpg It only lasts for a couple seconds though

I'll be running memtest aswell tommorow.

Heya

So I wanted to do a memtest run today but didnt have time for it, I wanted to run it from a USB key so I went ahead and changed my primary boot device already from HD to removable devices saved and quited.

Now Since I didnt have time I made sure the boot device was set up correct but didnt press any key for memtest to run. So my comp just booted from the next in line my HD I asume.

The weird thing is,  the boot sound was different again from 1 longer beep to 1 short beep like it's supossed to be, So I found that to be pretty strange,

So while my PC yesterday was still (Edited out for language) up as described in the previous posts it completely changed. To working correctly again.

Anyways when I got onto my desktop I loaded evga precision and saw that my temps were running 10-15° cooler then before, They were running at the usual temps again like when everything was ok with my PC,
So I open IE, went to twitch.tv check a livestream fullscreen, Surprisingly I had no stutter or whatever it was running smootly again, I log onto diablo, Guess what? its running smootly again.
I watch one of my series in VLC No problems suddenly no more or those pixels when right clicking or stuttering like shown in previous post with the screenshot.

I'm really really baffled atm with wth has been going on,
How in the world suddenly with changing my primary boot device from HD to removable device my comp runs smootly again.

I didnt do anything with my pc, except the little bios change.

Hmmm...maybe it's how you have your HDD configured in the BIOS?  Or maybe the driver you're using if you're trying to run your HDD on the Sata3 port instead of the Sata2 ports?

Hey again

Didn't want to open a new topic, So I thought Id just post my stuff here. I did this 3Dmark11 test, the basic Performance one and would like it to be analized by someone who can tell me if this is very bad or resonable score for my setting.

http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/5369478

Cause if you read these pages I had alot of problems with my cards, I went to a computer shop, they told me my GPU's were defect so they got them "repaired" got my pc back like 2 days ago and yet again I see the same things going on like when my GPU's were broken. But the computershop told me explicit that they were working correctly again. Its just incase these ratings are way off I have something to argue with them. You feel me?

Its just that all games I used to play on max setting I now can barely play on even the lowest setting cause of frame rate problems. World of warcraft , diablo 3, battlefield 3. I used to max everything and my specc is easyly able to do this, but just now since I got my pc back and wanted ti play games after such a long time I got terrible frame rates in games no matter what setting I put on. Also watching movies 1080p give me alot of stuttering like the movie is going slowmotion, More or less the same on youtube with music when I  put a clip on fullscreen I get this constantly every few seconds. http://imageshack.us/f/547/youtubesongfullscreen.jpg/
Cause I'd like to get back with my pc, I had to miss it for an extremely long time being in the computer shop and It's driving me nuts not being able to listen to music comfortably and watching movies anymore. Especially on the music part.

That score is very low for your system, this is my best score, bear in mind that is pretty highly overclocked but u should still be getting around the 10-12k mark on stock cards on the P setting.
What i did notice on your results is the CPU clock of 2,147,483,647 MHz, if u compare your physics score with mine it's probably not that far off so it's definatly the graphics score that is letting you down.
The pic looks a bit like screen tearing to me but strange to see it on a video.

Hey

UPDATE:
It's been a pretty long time since my last visit to these forums,
Just wanted to let people know, In case they ever stumble upon this topic, That I fixed this issue a while ago, In case people were wondering what caused the problem of all my black screens.

(While doing Random stuff as well as upon starting games or being in game for a short / long duration )

If you ever read or read (red) the 1st page, you see that people on the EVGA forums went over allot of information and thinking what could cause this issue.

Now like some people here on the EVGA forums suggested, Was to buy a new PSU and see if that fixed the issue.

So I followed their advice.
It was indeed a PSU problem, I bought the PSU that was suggested and I think we are a couple months farther now and everything since the installment of the new PSU is still working fine and didn't have any black screens anymore.

Could have updated this earlier but there you go, A BIG THANK YOU to all those who tried to help me, Much love (No homo) <3
