Hey people or evga team,
 
I need to know the thickness of the thermalpads which are used in the gtx 980 refernce design (for vram and powerphases etc).
Is it possible to purchase some by you ?

    Hi the german email-support said to me 2-3 mm thickness for the refenece model.
    i am confused.

    I think that 2-3 mm is awfully thick for a thermal pad. Although they will compress a little bit, 2-3 mm might flex your video board too much and cause damage. I would get the 1 mm to start and see if they make contact.

    Can someone show me a picture of what needs  to be cooled with the thermal pads?
