(Fixed for the most part by uninstalling the software and drivers and allows Windows 10 to install a driver)

bcavnaugh, I see same errors in Event Viewer with Creative audio drivers from EVGA (version 1.03.27) installed.
You uninstalled Creative drivers and errors went away?
Did headphone and mic ports still work with Creative drivers uninstalled?

Ok I tested the Mic & Headphone Jack on the I/O Panel and they do Both Work.
