AnsweredTemperatures with a 3080 TI FTW3 + Hybrid Kit?

Got lucky and my wife snagged an EVGA 3080 Ti FTW3 edition at Microcenter this morning 
 
Since I can't use my Kraken G10/G12 kit with my H105 like I had on my 1080 Ti (holes not lining up), I'm most likely going to purchase the Hybrid Kit from the EVGA website.  I could mod the G12 as shown in some youtube videos, but I honestly don't have the time with a 15 month old 
 
Question 1) What temps are people getting under gaming load?  Ballpark number/range is fine.  More out of curiousity.
 
Question 2) What's the difference (is there one?) between https://www.evga.com/products/product.aspx?pn=400-HY-1978-B1 and https://www.evga.com/products/product.aspx?pn=400-HY-1988-B1 other than RGB fans?

    The first one is for the XC3 card. And the other one is for the FTW3.... the PCB is totally different between these cards so you need the second one if your wife got you a FTW3.

    No idea on temps, but your first link is for the XC3 card, the second link is for the FTW3 card that you have.
