I disabled Intel Turbo Boost.No stutters,i think?Gonna report back later if to confirm it.


So, Intel Turbo Boost was the problem?

I think it was.Sorry for late response.
But not for the stutters.It was a fix for a second problem with only r6.

Where you able to disable Turbo Boost within Windows or you had to enter the BIOS?

The Intel Extreme Tuning Utility has an option to enable/disable Turbo Boost but, at least in my case, it is greyed out.
 
The only viable option I've found would be via the Power Options, but I haven't tried it out.
The key is to set the maximum processor state to 99%.
By default the max processor state is 100% and Intel Turbo Boost kicks off when the CPU reaches 100% usage.
By setting it to 99%, the Turbo Boost technology would be disabled.
