I forgot to attach the emailed label with my step-up card, however I wrote my rma # multiple times on the box, just curious could this cause issues? I feel like an idiot.

    It may slow down the process a little, but they should be able to help you out either way.

    I not only put it on the outside top of the box, but I also make a copy, and put one inside the box.
