I am one of the 'day 1' crew logged my step-up request around 10pm EST.  On hold waiting for step 2 for a 1080 SC ACX version.  I declined the option to change to the standard.
 
When that changes i'll let you guys know =)  good to see things progressing.

Just got my Step 2 email!  GeForce GTX 1070 ACX.  Registered ~ June 26, 2016! 

Just sent in my card.  FYI, you have to pay up front in order to ship it TO them.  The shipping you paid at first is for them to ship it BACK to you.  Either way, I'm expecting my card to arive back at my place by next-week friday.

I received the email for reaching step 3 (payment due) for my step-up on 9-2-2016.  My previous card is now in the mail and heading toward the RMA department.
 
So people have a frame of reference, I was one of the 'Day 1' crew.  I registered for the step-up process around 10pm EST (USA), I had picked the 1080 ACX variant and was upgraded to the SC due to the delays.  I was offered to downgrade to the Non-SC 1080 a few weeks back and step-up sooner, but turned it down, choosing to remain with the SC upgrade.  
 
This means EGVA is probably close to finishing up the day 1 rush for step-up requests.  The good news is the queue IS moving.  And will progress to everyone who stays in due time.  
 
I look forward to the new card arriving.  Thanks again to EVGA and the support staff for the Step-Up program and your dedication to customer service.

I just today recieved my step 3 of my step up to the 1080 ACX (not SC) - I am from europe and was one of the first to order the acx as soon as it was available again (there was the regular version, then everyone got upgraded to SC and then after a while the regular came back into step up)

Just received UPS tracking number from evga for 9/13 delivery.

Made payment...sent original card in and it was received at EVGA on Tues(9/6).  Status to Received on Wed (9/7)...still no shipment of card back to me.  Time will tell...

Since 24th of June in Queue for an GTX 1080 ACX3.0, and Yesterday i recieved step 3.

Argh!  I've been in the queue since 31/5 originally going for the ACX3.0 card then getting upgraded to the SC because they said there weren't any ACX cards and still nothing.  Haven't received any emails asking me to downgrade back to the ACX3.0 or anything (not sure if I would want to or keep waiting for the SC, but at the moment I just feel a little forgotten).

Received my UPS tracking number last evening.  Should be delivered today.  However, if I look at "My Products" my 980TI is still there and no update, nor shipping info or tracking number.  All I have to go by is an email from UPS.

Same here. I hit the shipping  link =  deliver by 9/13 (standard ground ship)
There was someone else who had the same problem and EVGA said it will eventually change. I can't find that post yet. Will look for it again and post back.

For those who had not purchased "Advanced EAR" on their Step-Up turn-in card, you have 30 days from the time your product page updates with the new card info to purchase an "Advanced EAR". You will see the option on your "My Products" page after selecting "View Details".

"You may optionally purchase the EVGA Advanced RMA (Contiguous US Only) for your product from your products page for the next 30 days. After 30 days, the option to purchase the Advanced RMA will no longer be available.

Yesterday evening i recieved step 4 and today i send my old card (980TI) away with UPS to Germany for a step up to an 1080 ACX3.0. Registered this step up at 24 June in the Netherlands.
 
You hear from me when i recieved the new card!

Tuesday (13th of sept) sended out my 980Ti FTW to Germany EVGA. Thursday (15th of sept) UPS show that the package is delivered. So now i am waiting till my status at EVGA will change, because now its still at --> Received: "Pending"
