Step up step 1 email

So I was able to step up to a 3080ti. It shows under my product page. Says I'm in queue and I'm even assigned a queue ID but I never received a step 1 email confirmation.

    yeah i'm a bit worried but at least it shows me a queue id and that I'm in the step up. Maybe its because i uploaded the invoice before?

    More likely the lost email was because of the overloaded servers during the Ti launch, or possibly in your spam filter?  As long as you have the StepUp ID I imagine you are good to go.  For what it is worth I got in the 3080Ti Q at 8:12 AM PT, after trying for 10minutes with the site crashing.  The confirmation email came immediately.

    I'd contact support about not receiving the Step 1 email, after checking your spam folders etc. I got mine immediately after signing up.
