I'm being thick here. I'm not seeing a form option to edit, only to track the two models all over again from scratch. I don't want to pollute the spreadsheet by doing a dumb, so I haven't touched it yet. Do I just re-enter the whole thing for the -3657 and assume that your scripts or whatever on the backend will overwrite my existing row?
 
And thanks for the advice on registering; I'd forgotten all about step up. My last EVGA card was my aforementioned 660, which dates from, what, late 2012 or so? Definitely good advice!

you would have to be logged into the google account you were originally in when you initially added your entry. When you go back to the form link it should ask you if you want to edit your response.

No they only operate M-F. You don't not have to worry about missing an email on the weekend.

Yeah, sorry, but that appears broken on my end, then. I'm signed in to google, but the form doesn't appear to be associated with my account, so it's treating it as a new submission.
 
One quirk that may have busted things is that I'm usually signed into two google accounts at a time. My work operates on an instance of the google suite, so I'm usually signed in to both my personal account and my work one at the same time.
 
Either way, using a different browser, attempting to access the form while signed in solely to one account doesn't show a different response from the form. Logging out and signing in to the other shows the same results.

Why does it say I got skipped?

The spreadsheet contains erroneous data.  They are prone to that.  One of the spreadsheet owners will try to fix it at some point.

Anyone has an idea how much is actually costing the 3060 XC Gaming when you receive the notification to pay for it? since most stores are not even close to MSRP i was wondering and maybe how much would be the added cost shipping it to california?
 
i presume is $389 (judging from best buy cost) - referral discount 3% right? = $377 + sales taxes cali = $412.81 maybe ups ground $22 more?

I bought one yesterday shipping to California. The referral didn't work somehow (no eligible items message) but there was a discount. Total price was: 427.55. Will be delivered today (next day delivery)

Yes you trade in your existing card and the full amount you paid for that card is then applied to the new card (minus taxes and shipping). Pretty sure you'd only have to pay for the taxes on the difference though.

You pay tax on the full price of your new card.

I was wondering, if you bought one version of the 3060, are you skipped from buying the other? From the spreadsheets it seems that way. Anyone who got both?

No, unless the email lands in spam somehow you should not be skipped. This is user error with self reporting or someone reporting on the wrong queue (step up is separate from what I understand). No need to worry.
