There no PCI-E cables included as they are specific to your psu. Screws are not included as they should have been included in your case.
There is usually an small folded instruction sheet, a sticker, and depending on the model a few zip ties if I'm not mistaken.
When you get your GPU, make sure to keep the box and the EVGA packing material in case you have a warranty issue or you do the step up. Having the box is very helpful if not required to rma or step up your card. The box and the internal packing material are really good for mailing back the gpu and protecting it from damage during the shipping process.
