BFG 295GTX issue:
having a weird issue, I've tried many drivers... clean install and everything, but trying to get furmark and MSI afterburner's Kombuster to run in sli fail every time, always use gpu2.
 
Trying to get max OC with this card and its hard to do this when my 2 primary benchmark apps only use one gpu...
 
anyone have a solution/idea?  WoW and many other games can use sli just fine, but why not these benchmark apps?  3dmark Vantage uses SLI just fine.

cpu: i7 950 @ 4.2ghz (air cooled)
ram: corsair xms 1600mhz

Heaven can be run in DX9 so that is not true.  I would suggest using a variety of tests besides just specialized stress tests.  They will not always give you true stability.

Ah, thanks for some info... i downloaded Heaven to help do a nice benchmark with the card... running dx10 and sli works just fine.  Still dont know why furmark and msi's afterburner kombuster doesnt work in sli at all.
 
When running the Heaven benchmark fullscreen 1920x1200... watching the gpu % usage in my g15 keyboard display and it starts out in the upper 90% when i start the run, then ends up in the low to mid 80% by the time it does a second run. all through out the benchmark the gpu load on both gpu's goes up and down and so does my fps.  Would this be hard drive loading lag? or psu bottleneck? (775w psu for a heavily oc'd cpu, oc'd 295gtx, 6gb ram, 4 aftermarket fans, 1 sata hd, 1 sata dvd drive)
