I still can't believe people whine about the red accent.
Does it affect the performance in any way? No.....Do you see it that much (if at all)? No.

I don't know if you actually read my post, but I'm not whining about how my card looks.. but since you mention it, in my case (Lian Li PC-011 Dynamic), the red lips are probably the most attention drawing part of the build. The card looks like a small mouth bass in a fish tank. mcarterstoner
Not to sound dumb, well okay totally, but WTH is a Red Lips?

Apparently I can't be a member of EVGA ELITE because I'm a noob with a red lips 3070 (08G-P5-3755-KB) and not the elite black lips 3070 (08G-P5-3755-KR). Screw this.. I'm going to start my own ELITE club, the RED LIPS ELITE and not allow any black lips owners so suck on that!!!!
-KB just means that you purchased it (or somebody did) from Best Buy. This part number should qualify, so I passed this along to our programming team to fix it. Check back later today and you should be able to join.
Are they still fixing it?

I love how it's only recent customers that are considered "elite." I bought a 780Ti Classified several years ago and guess what? That's not "elite" enough. Sorry I waited to upgrade?
I'm in the same boat. Two 980 ti's, but they only start the Elite qualified products at the 10 series. 100 posts or bust, I guess!

that's a picture of pure brutality. Why'd you get the parts before having a GPU on hand knowing the current dumpsterfire of a market?
Well, I could say "I didn't know"... I started getting parts in August of 2020. Whenever something would come on sale for a decent amount off I would order it and add to my collection of parts thinking "By Christmas I'll order the CPU and the GPU"...... then life happened. The good news is all the parts are paid for LOL I managed to get the 5800X for a decent price in like February of this year but haven't been able to find a GPU since. I see all the crazy prices on Amazon and things like that and I'm like "Meh, nawwwwwww". So I came here. I'm convinced EVGA will do right by me; a long-standing customer (from the days of the 580). When the 3080 Ti queue is out I'll sign up and wait my turn just like everyone else.

Ok, I guess maybe it did work the first day you said it would, if I had scrolled down on the Elite page. It is kind of deceiving because it still says my part number doesn't qualify when I try to enter it, but today I actually scrolled down further and there it showed that I qualified for Elite.
