I thought that both could be registered but it does take 100 posts or two EVGA products registered to become an elite member.

I though the KR was the red lips, but what do I know, I’m still waiting for any card to become available.

The part number doesn’t coincide to to color of the accents, so just stop spreading that misinformation now and move past that.

KB means it was a Best Buy specific part number. Let me guess, you bought your card from Best Buy or someone else that had bought it from Best Buy? Best Buy typically sells products with different part numbers because then they don’t have to price match, because “that isn’t the same part number” even though it is the same product exactly.

KR means it is an EVGA part number.

The error you are getting is likely a coding glitch, so email support@evga.com and ask them to look at it, and then email your serial number and part number to redaccent@evga.com to request the “black lips”.

Aside from that, don’t spread misinformation.

Lol same. 100 posts isn't impossible by any means. I just want a *shot* at getting an ampere card.
 
Honestly though, Nvidia and all their AIBs should just hire out a few call centers to take orders over the phone that way the orders can't be botted nearly as fast.

I love how it's only recent customers that are considered "elite." I bought a 780Ti Classified several years ago and guess what? That's not "elite" enough. Sorry I waited to upgrade?

Apparently I can't be a member of EVGA ELITE because I'm a noob with a red lips 3070 (08G-P5-3755-KB) and not the elite black lips 3070 (08G-P5-3755-KR). Screw this.. I'm going to start my own ELITE club, the RED LIPS ELITE and not allow any black lips owners so suck on that!!!!

-KB just means that you purchased it (or somebody did) from Best Buy.  This part number should qualify, so I passed this along to our programming team to fix it.  Check back later today and you should be able to join.

I made that mistake back in 2020 in anticipation for the September launch but, to be fair, I hadn't known about the clusterf that was coming our way at the time. By the time I got a card, all my top-end parts were indeed already a generation behind. C'est la vie

Thanks for looking into this. Seems you posted this yesterday though and it is still saying my part number doesn't qualify.
