Hello there, Well I recently noticed while playing PUBG, my GPU hit 78 celcius (usually 76) and the Memory Temp went up as high as 80 degrees celcius. I immediately opened Precision XOC and applied the aggressive fan curve, the temps on both went down to 70 degrees though, the sound is a bit annoying. Is there any recommended fan curve to balance noise/heat levels or at should I just disable the zero RPM mode and I'll be fine with it? PS. How could I disable the the Zero RPM mode? Hopefully you can help me out Kind regards

I personally do something a little odd , well some people definitely do it but a lot do not... I actually use a 1:1 ratio curve past 30ºC. So at 30ºC i set it to 30%- all the way up to 100% and i honestly barely hear my pc even when in load.. which say in FO76/GTA 5/Assassins Creed Odyssey full load at relatively high settings , i rarely hit 60ºC. Ive seen people do a 1:1 Ratio past 40% which maybe better for you if you have an issue with your fan noise. But 0 rpm mode can be remedied setting your own curve.
Hope this helps!

Thanks for your reply my friend! Well, I've created a curve where it starts from 10C-10% for stealth and then I fire it up slowly up to 70C - 100%. This keeps everything under 70C, i'll try your version as well, check out how it works. Anyway, do I have to run the XOC on startup in order for the profiles to apply? Kind regards

Hello, Precision XOC would indeed need to be opened, and running (foreground or background) for the fan profiles to take effect. -Jacob B.

I like to set the fans to always On 20 -30% as the minamum speed then Temp C +10 = Fan % So, 50C = 60% fan

Thanks! @Cool GTX, thanks for the suggestion, I’ll check out what I can setup with this one! Btw does X1 supports GTX 1080 or is it still in BETA?

I tested yesterday and Could Not get it work with the GTX 1080 Ti SC or FTW3 Cards.
