Rear USB charger input(s) on Z97 FTW

Hi.
 
Since the information found over Z97 FTW mobo manuals are really brief (among another important details as well), has this mobo USB charger inputs on their rear USB inputs?. I can assume yes, since is a must nowdays, but again the provided manuals are really poorly detailed, so I'd really appreciate your confirmation ASAP.

    All usb's should be able to charge I think. Mine do.

    All USB ports would charge for example a mobile phone (if the requirements for the mobile phone is .5 amps). A mobile phone like an LG G3 would charge but the power from the port would not be enough to keep it charged.
