Can you check what the max power draw is with the power slider maxed (PX1 or Afterburner?).
The slider in PX1 went up to 107, at that with Time Spy Extreme the max board power draw was 460W, 72C max, is that what you were looking for? This is with the OC switch on the PCB set to OC and default fan curve with 78F ambient room temp in my office.

are you looking for temps under a specific load? or just something like time spy extreme with stock.

Just trying to share so people can decide if it is for them, hard to tell from reviewers what it is like when you get it in your rig, my 2080Ti was gimped until I switched from 7820X to a 9900K, the cpu change totally opened it up.

I set the PCB slider to stock and set the power slider and other settings to default in Precision X1, the max power was 403W and 63C with the ambient room temp at 78F in my office.

Lucky son of a gun! I spent 70 minutes all said, from 7AM MST. Still waiting on the card too since EVGA only gave me 2 day air shipping as the fastest option, and apparently it still won't be delivered until Monday even though they shipped it out on Thursday. Argh!

what frequency was your card running at when you did those tests? i saw a few other tests with the same card breaking 14k in PR and they werent modified afaik. just curious because that peak frequency would also affect the stability. thanks!

So only +7% on the power-limit is possible?  Bummer. I hope there are better bios' that can be flashed. My 2080ti black from evga has a +24% powerlimit.

Nice! Mine is the same so I can backup your results. I hit over 14k on Port Royal with a +128 GPU and +260 mem, power to 107% and let it do its thing. I also did a burn in for over an hour at +100/200 and had no issues.

That's a Star Citizen video.... You have to look at stock power limits and boost clocks when comparing cards. A high power 2080 Ti can come close to a low power 3080 and a high power 3080 can come close to a low power 3090.
