Two of my fans on my RTX 3090 FTW react slower than the third. At low %'s they don't even spin up, however at 100% they all to the same top speed. Is this normal?

Since they are controlled individually they can run at different speeds. You can always change your fan curve in px1 to a more desirable curve or you can set them manually to make sure they are all controllable and will reach max rpms if needed. If you switch your bios over to oc position that will eliminate the 0 rpm fan speed.

Known problem with PX1 and 457.09. Downgrade to 456.71/456.98 and the problem will be fixed.

Both Nvidia and EVGA are aware of the issue and are working on it.

Look at my screenshot. When I have all 3 set to 20% only one is running. When I have all 3 set to 51% then one is running at 51% and the other two at 30%.

Thanks! That would be fantastic news if it is a software issue! I suspected hardware trouble. I google and found some other threads. Awesome!
