Hello,

Recently I've been experiencing frequent BSODs with my 2080ti ftw3 installed. They range from DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL to KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE. This usually happens while gaming or playing BF V using DX11. Sometimes it just happens while surfing the web though. The system will just stutter and then BSOD.

I've done the following troubleshooting:

-Uninstall Driver using DDU in Safe mode and reinstall latest 419.35
-Checked Drivers using Verifier using other suggestions in this thread - .  - This does not give me any dumps under watchdog but I do have a dump in C:\Windows\Minidump with today's date of latest crash.
-Updated Windows to latest and make sure all patches installed.
-Checked Disks using Dskchk and System File Checker
-Run Memory Tests and Windows Memory Diagnostics (no issues detected)
-Run AIDA64 System Stability test and MemTest each for 30 minutes without any BSODs while putting GPU/CPU under loads.

I am not sure what to do. Here's some of the error screens. I did have a Critical Kernal power error in Event Viewer at the same time as crash with KernalPower BSOD. I've included a text dump of that as well.

Kernal Power Event Viewer Critical Event -

System Information

Ryzen 2700x
16GB DDR4 3200
RTX 2080ti FTW3
EVGA G3 650W PSU
NZXT H500i Case

any help you guys can give would be appreciated

Those are the two red items under the Kernel crash this AM. The Bug Check code is 139. I have another from a week ago that is 03b.

I started out with two individual 6+2s from the PSU. Then I switched to a single to dual 6+2 from PSU. Both have not alleviated instability. Currently I'm on a single to dual 6+2 and was at the time of 139 code.

Hopefully this info is helpful.

ok. I will switch back to the two and update.

Does it sound like it is a PSU issue? I was thinking that running a 650w with this card might be cutting it close. I was going to upgrade to maybe an 850w EVGA and see if that alleviated also.

I haven't done any OC of the Ryzen since I've had it. It's just set on it's default settings.

Email Sent. Thanks again. Just had another crash after switching to two separate cables. Included that dump as well.

Glad to hear setting your ram speed down to 2666 MHz with the correct voltages and timings corrected the problem thus far.

Where did my Post GO?

I removed it because it was basically the equivalent to a blank post.

So far setting my RAM (G.Skill TridentZ RGB PC25600 3200 2x8 - F4-3200C16D-16GTZR) to 2666MHz and manually setting timings to 16-18-18-38 at 1.35V in bios has led to more stability. I'm able to play several matches of BFV now without any crashes.
So is this likely a RAM issue because I have a Hynix die with Ryzen, or a power issue of not having enough power to run at the advertised 3200MHz?

It's not really a problem. Your cpu imc just can't handle 3200 mhz.
