Congrats JonnyVee. It felt like forever for me then BOOM I got notice to pay!
I have really enjoyed the GTX 2080TI XC. Mine has Samsung memory. No need to OC.

Here is my Step-Up timeline:
August 9th, 2019: Submitted Step-Up Request
September 24th, 2019: Informed my Step-Up was in stock and submitted payment
September 25th, 2019: Shipped out my old GPU to EVGA
September 26th, 2019: EVGA received my old GPU and shipped out my Step-UP 2080Ti
September 27th, 2019: Received my Step-Up 2080Ti in the mail and installed with no issues.
As always the Customer Service at EVGA has been great.

Stepping up from a 2070 to a Super 2080. Here's my current timeframe
Started July 25 24th, 2019
In stock and Payment - September 24th, 2019
EVGA received old GPU - September 30, 2019
No shipping information on the replacement card yet. Been over a week since they received my old GPU. Sent them an email this morning.

Finally got my 2080 Ti2 days ago. I wasn't able to ship it until the 30th and it arrived at EVGA on Wed Oct 2nd. They still hadn't shipped as of the Friday so I gave them a call. Turns out their inventory was wrong and they didn't have a Ti XC Gaming to ship, so they sent me a XC Ultra.
Great card so far - 300A chip and Samsung memory. It was a shame to pull off the cooler, but the Heatkiller IV keeps it a nice 28 C when idle.
