I noticed my card running warmer then should be and saw a random fan in my case. Ended up not being a case or cpu cooler one. One of the dang video card fans straight broke off. Are these user replaceable? If so how do i go about. It didnt just "pop" off either to say snap back on. Plastic on inside of the fan various jagged bits so it broke off however it connects to actual card.

Simply unbolt them from the heatsink and unplug them from the pcb. Replace with new ones if you can find them. Aliexpress.com would be a good place to look for replacement fans.

I've never had a need to replace any GPU fans so never used this site, but you can check it out.  >  https://www.gpufanreplacement.com/products/evga-rtx-2060-2070-2080-2080ti-fan-replacement?_pos=2&_sid=71932b504&_ss=r

Cool thanks. Yeah the 3 screws easy to see, wasnt sure if theres other weird glues, soldering, god knows what in addition to the screws. But sounds straightforward now.
