RTX 2070 Keeps getting a driver freeze with artifices

Brand new card, new set up all is installed properly and power is more than enough.. card will at random freeze the system,
like the driver is bad.
 
Anyone else having driver issues with the RTX 2070
 
Elder Scrolls online,
Anthem,
LOTRO
 
are just some examples of games I am having issues on

    oh and the blue screen I get says: Video Scheduler Internal Error

    What are your full system specs? What is the make/model/age of your psu? Does the issue occur over multiple driver versions? I'd suggest trying release drivers first, middle of the pack drives next, and latest drivers last.

    Asus mobo z97a
    I7 4790k ( stock no oc )
    32 gigs g skill mem
    ssd system drive 4 other HD's
    2 Asus 4k monitors
    Windows 10 pro. ( up to date)
    Brand NEW PSU EVGA Supernova 850 p2 Platinum ( all brand new cables and 2 different power cables running to the RTX 2070 )
    new drivers, old drivers etc...

    Can you test the card in another known good working pc to see if the same issue will occur on another pc?

    So i got a dead card from EVGA? real nice..
     
    It seems a lot more like some driver issue to me.
    How long have these cards been out and they still can't get drivers working?

    Sorry to revive an old thread but my friend had an rtx 2070 from ASUS and he had that exact artifacting going on. It ended up being the GPU memory hardware issue. If I remember correctly it was cards built with Memorex that had issues.

    Just in case anyone else runs into this issue, it's definitely a dead card and don't waste time trying any fixes
