I received my second RMA today,
The card was in great shape from shipping and more importantly it booted right away.
I am a please person right now with the EVGA warranty and RMA process.
The turnaround time for my standard rma was very acceptable considering I chose ground shipping.
I am back gaming after a short period of time.
I want to thank EVGA for their customer service and complying with their warranty terms.
Every tech support I was in contact with was helpful and pleasant.
Of course my next GPU will be an EVGA.
Have a happy holiday weekend to the staff at EVGA and to the community as well.
