Trying to understand if this card is a reference design, and can use a standard reference card waterblock.  There's substantial conflicting information about this particular card.  I believe (possibly wrongly) that the 1070 Ti is the same board design as 1080 Ti, and regular 1080/1070

Can anyone comment?

Thanks!   Looks like its also the same as the original 1080 design as well.    So many part numbers, so little time!
