Question RMA EVGA GTX 980 SC (missing screws)

I have a defective 3x EVGA GTX 980 SC and it is still under warranty, but the problem is I am missing a couple of screws for the cooler on the back (the spring loaded screw that and some random small screws).
 
Will EVGA still service me with the warranty?

    We will still honor the warranty, but there may be a small fee for replacing the missing screws.

    When I change GPU coolers I use a old medicine bottle to keep them all together

    Thanks it turns out I only have 1 defective GPU out of 3.
     
    The problem is the other 2 video cards doesn't have any screws for the cooler and vram/vrm plate.

     
    I will send in the 1 defective GPU without screws for repair, but how do I order screws for my 1 other GPU?

    I would email support or give evga a call to see if they sell you a screw set. Worse case, you will be forced to send the other card in for warranty service and pay the small fee (around $15)  again for missing screws for it.
