Question - 2080 Ti FTW3 - Max Power Target is 124 or 130?

I have just recently upgraded to the aforementioned 2080 Ti FTW3 (11G-P4-2487-KR). I was previously on the 2080 Ti XC Ultra Gaming (11G-P4-2383-KR).
 
The XC had a Power Target of 130. The new FTW3 card had a bios update via PX1 and it now shows a max target of 124. I am using PX1 0.39 Beta.
 
What gives? Or is that correct?

    124% is correct for the 2080 TI FTW3

    You can't compare 124% to 130% without first taking into perspective what 100% is.
     
    FTW3 : 300 watts * 124% = 373 watts
     
    XC :  260 watts * 130% = 338 watts
