Well I thought I would report back... Changed the Fan Controller to the FC5. Love it. Worth the hassle and testing to find out.
We are in the process of packing so things are a but nasty right now. But here are a few pics....
Quick question AB: With your FC5, did you use the temperature sensors? Or did you just forget about them?

@ Beans... Stereo for now (With sub) @ Cobra... I hate the temp sensors. Cheap gimmick to me. They are still in the box
