Friend ordered 3090 FTW3 Ultra from Amazon Dec 24. Delivered Dec 31.  Black lips
 
When are they going to start offering an option on color and fragrance of the smoke that comes out ?

Yeah....the red accent makes the card perform worse...uh huh.

Red lips, 2014 Taiwan still running since Oct. 27th. Installed Hybrid kit now no red lips but still from Taiwan.

I have had two red-lipped 3090 FTW3s die now. My friend got a black-lipped card and has been running fine. Not sure we have enough data to accurately state black > red yet.

I was hoping they would have other, more interesting colours to replace the black or red ones. Oh well, it is still a very nice gesture to offer replacement shrouds should one not be happy with the red one
