I can't find any (beside the hover on cryptic popups)
I assume one wouldn't release an OC with Voltage control to the public without proper manual.. ?

There is no formal manual today unfortunately, but we are working on one and hope to have it within the next 1-2 weeks.

Don't expect a manual. Finally it functions well, but understanding the popup menus - I mean beyond the main page is tricky. Precision simply has the worst, most unintuitive menus ever. I think the engineers know this and at some point will re-do the menus system so it actually is intuitive (Like AB) Then there will be no need for a manual except for beginners.

I found the latest version 6.1.10 to be functionally very good. But figuring out how to use that functionality is an exercise in frustration management, until the awful U.I. is fully understood. The very long lived AfterBurner has a logical interface/interfaces, but after the ICX as far as I know only Precision will work with the 9 new temp points and asyncrononious fans. A shame, I get XOC now, but that's after along time and some trial and error with the awful menus. Writing a manual would be impossible pretty much.

I could use a manual on how to use Precision XOC effectively.

Me too. I honestly can't remember anything more difficult to find on the Internet than a comprehensive guide/tutorial on how to overclock my new EVGA Geforce GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 with precision XOC. I've been searching/Googling for hours and haven't found anything very satisfying.

I was just imagining writing a tutorial for it, and realized it would be next to impossible. I guess the guys who made it realized that too. A shame indeed!!

Anyway, good luck with it. With patience, lots of it, you will understand it fully. It's actually pretty good. Just a shame it's fine tuning and goody bits are
rather difficult to find. Just experiment with it. For at least a weekend.

You won't. I never found anything either so took the plunge. I couldn't start to explain it's advanced funtions though, it would be like trying to explain a modern art piece.
