Hey Guys,

Today I updated my Precision XOC from 6.2.3 to 6.2.7. After updating however, there have been multiple issues. I am using a GTX1080Ti SC2 on windows 10. I have two computers with the same setup, but only one of them displays this issue.

First of all, my Precision XOC is extremely laggy. It still responds, but every input takes 3 or so seconds to register. Overclocking and everything still works though. Even dragging the window around takes that much time to respond.

Second, even under no load, Precision seems to be keeping my GPU at 1556MHz. Before the update this would always be around 400 or so MHz. I believe this issue is also caused by XOC because upon program startup, it momentarily shows around 400MHz, and then jumps to 1556.

Any help on this issue would be helpful.

Did you completely remove 6.2.3 along with the profiles prior to installing 6.2.7?
I do not experience that type of lag, mines seems to be a little more robust than previous versions especially when loading fan profile.

I have just tried completely uninstalling it, including removing the entire EVGA folder in program files. This has cleaned out all my settings and profiles. However, the same issue still appears with the lag as well as clock speed. I also seem to notice that it's keep the Memory Clock at 5500 instead of the normal 5000.

I did not. That still does not explain the lag in the program.

I've messed with it further, and it may just be how badly the precision XOC software is designed. After left running for maybe 10 minutes, it then starts responding normally. I've managed to repeat this finding. In 6.2.3 it'd only freeze for maybe 30 sec before responding normally, but apparently that has gotten worse.

The best hardware crippled by the worst software.

Such a shame. I'll probably never buy another EVGA graphics card again if they don't fix their software.

they are working on it as we can see from the beta testing
Guess we could use a test bios or extra switch to make fan 2-3 just follow fan one.   ie Master-Slave-Sheep

Is there a way to tie fans together via firmware? I'd use MSI Afterburner then.

You don't even have the startup lag that has plagued the software for months?

I'm suffering of the same lag issue for awhile right , since 6.2.4 , I have never experienced issues with evga software before, so far they are not impressing me at all with how their handling the manner not to mention it conflicts with Gigabyte RGB fusion , when I close the software the rgb fusion works back normally. I'm growing more furious with them lately. I will continue to be patient for the next update what to do.
