Precision X1 # Values are Blue? What does that mean?

Wondering why the numerical value of the GPU-core or voltage or even Mem-clock numbers turn blue, and what it means?
Running: EVGA RTX 2060 XC ULTRA

    probably the temp setting under -  Advanced Settings

    No it doesn't have anything to do with temp settings it's my GPU core clock numbers after the last driver update my numbers turn blue and it clocked my card up higher than it was, I made no adjustment the card went from like 1800 clock 2 /
