Power limit hitting 1 in hardware monitor when not overclocked.

Hello, My gpu is hitting power limit 1 at stock, what could this mean?

    What could it mean? You are hitting the power limit. Turn the power limit up if you want to hit the power limit less often. The reference 10 series cards are famous for hitting power limit very easily. Normal.

    Which card do you have, and what is it’s part number (not serial number)

    Like ty_ger07 stared, you are hitting the stock powerlimit

    So uh, Can I overclock still? I tried overclocking and it worked absolutely fine at +125mhz and +300mhz and idk where to find part number but I have a 1070 sc acx 3.0 black edition
