3080 FTW3 Ultra - 450W XOC BIOS
dynamic OC curve (see pic)
Corsair AX860i - 3 separate cables
(the PSU is also powering 16 fans, an 8700k that is pushed to 5.2Ghz + a metric ton of RGB)

Port Royal: 12476
OC Curve:

With these settings I can run Port Royal pretty much stable.

My Problem:

Whenever I try to get above 2100MHz via the curve- the benchmark / test whatever crashes shortly after the start.
(the same happens if I set a fixed +105 or higher on the core clock)
I ran the curve calibration Tool in Precision X1 and that suggested I should go for +117 Core even.
According to GPU Z I'm neither Thermal, nor Power limited.
Could this be a sign of the PSU not coping ?

Here's a quick picture showing what happens in a crash like that:

When I switched to the stock, non OC non 450W Bios the following happens:

In the circled area Heaven froze for a couple of seconds, seemingly recovered and froze again.

I have a question for all of you.  I know some people do it differently but when you OC a graphics card, do you crank your core clock first to the highest OC before touching the memory clock or do you adjust both at the same time and see if it flies?

I normally OC the core 1st to the max then start on the memory.

I think your psu more than enough check the total power board consumption. You set mV to 1.06 I think you need more to achieve 2100 mhz and bigger.

Mods rigs link below my profile for more but this thing has been 100% stable and cool at +150 core/699 mem with great temps. I kill everything.

GPU-Z screenshot was from ~2 hours of random PUBG gameplay since it's a fun throwback and demanding at times.
