I also managed to enter the same Queue again.
 
My bet, if you actually got to a Notify email, at that point it would register you've already received from that SKU and you'd get disqualified.
 
Pretty tough to see a member here scalp a card on eBay days later - I'll leave the profanities out....insert your own.
 

Any software has its glitches and backdoors to be exploited, this is not different and I am not surprised. Good to know

I'm thinking when their 2nd queue comes up, EVGA will probably void it.

Nope. First off clicking on either 370ti just did nothing. That means NOTHING and finally Not the XC3 but the gaming went to another page that showed the specs etc. and out of stock no notify or anything of the sort.
What is so hard to understand NOTHING  means nothing nada zilch any questions? Please don't assume you you know if you don't.

It's hard to understand because when I go to the 3070 Ti FTW3 page it has auto notify on it.

At what time you joined the page, I was able to get in at 6:02am pdt and was able to see both cards with the auto notify, by the time it reached to 6:05 am, I was able to see the FTW3 Ultra only.
I believe you saw that and i see your frustration also.

This is pretty much what I experienced as well. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that the XC3 would be extremely limited in quantity since this was the first time I got in a queue at launch so I kept trying to refresh the XC3 page which wasted precious time. If I had focused on the FTW3 version from 6:00 AM I probably would have already got my card by now. Anyways, what's done is done and I should consider myself fortunate to at least get in at 6:20:36 AM.

I'm using the 3080ti queue progress to judge approximately when my ticket gets punched. 3080ti had issues for like the first hour and so I've discounted the first hour on that and figured that they're about 40 minutes in after around 8-9 business days in. I assume the 3070ti will be more popular because of the more affordable price tag, so maybe add 30 percent. So people 40 minutes in should get an email around 10-12 business days in.

They knew, everyone knew how this was gonna go, I really wonder how tf they (ofc everyone) managed to **** up this all, at least there should've been at first day enough graphics for like 500 people ****ing god, like if its a ****ing launch day 10th that means graphics should ve been all ready till then and shipped like ages ago, at least as I said 500x or so, and next day at least close to same amount, this is to frustrating not to be able to finally get the wanted item, there is time, ofc, but at this rate is pointless, where is those cards man???????????

Someone made a very good point in another thread. EVGA has commitments to meet with their retailers as well and the bulk of the cards will end up there. They are probably only able to sell just a fraction of cards directly...
