Hopefully, the can get at least 30-40 cards drop per week, which I feel is still optimistic, given their contractual obligation to their distributors and retailers.

Shouldnt be possible, it will clearly tell you that you are already in the queue and not let you enter again...

Maybe it's one per household per purchase? It will probably take a few months to reach my second entry anyways, which seems reasonable enough to me

After seeing this I decided to try it myself and sure enough I was able to enter the queue again. I have already purchased (from my original notify) and it should be here Monday, and I have no intention of even trying to purchase again. But I do really hope that it would know once you try to checkout and stop someone from getting a second one then.
