I will start :) Click on any pic for a larger image. You can download NVIDIA Garage demo here

Nvidia isnt quite right with that car. Nascar replaced the Wing with a Spoiler a couple weeks ago, and there is only one "Shark fin" on the rear window.

Ha, I think it's some sort of bug actually. When I run it with my 2x 480s and 8GB of system memory on win 7 64-bit it tells me on scene or environment change that I've run out of memory and to disable SLI or whatever and try again.

Nothing solves it but a system reboot and that's only about half the time!

I tried it with my GTX-295. got it to come up and then it said i didnt have enough ram. Does that mean on video card or in the system I have 6 GB of DDR3. Am new to this and just bought a second GTX-295. would like to know if I am going about this in the wrong way ? Both cards have dual GPUs  I hope i am asking in the right forum.

I haven't run the program myself yet but a friend of mine has. He has 6GB DDR3 mem just as I do and got no errors like that. Your card is 1GB per GPU correct? I would say that's plenty. Obviously though I wouldn't be running too many other programs while running Design Garage or any benchmarking software.

Make sure your drivers are updated, that's all I can offer. If you question your computer RAM, try running some mem tests on it, also watch your RAM usage in task manager to see what it's up to.

GTX 295 has 896MB per GPU

Yep, I had these problems with my GTX 280 and updated the driver and it fixed it right up. :) Obviously it renders very slow on a 280, but it started working for me. :)

Which driver did you update to?  I also have 280s and am curious to try this even though it will be slow before my 480 arrives (hopefully if Newegg actually processes my damn order).  Does it work with the 197.13 drivers?

Hey guys, if anybody here uses NVIDIA 3D Vision like myself, I made a 3D image in design garage and it looks quite epic.

To view it in 3D,
1. download the image here http://i44.tinypic.com/5vcemb.jpg
2. change the file extension to JPS so it should be filename.jps
3. open it up in NVIDIA 3D Vision photo viewer.
4. go to View -> Swap eyes
5. Make it full screen/3D if it doesn't automatically
6. Put on your glasses and enjoy!

I whipped it up quickly and it could be better, but it looks pretty cool..  By the way, to make it you have to take two screenshots from design garage, one for the right and one for the left eye. Then put them next to each other using a bitmap photo editor (ex. photoshop), then save it as a JPS file. (JPG with a different file extension)

Nobody took a look at this? It really does look cool. Just don't forget to "swap eyes" in the photo viewer otherwise it comes out weird.

lol! Yeah, that would be very cool, but then I think Nvidia would charge a lot of money for the program. :)

As I mentioned above, I had similar problems and updated to the latest beta driver for the nvidia geforce gtx 200 series and it worked (slowly, but it worked).

Those images are breathtaking!

What is the minimum requirements for this?  I'd like to give it a try but I don't know if either my 9800 GT 512 or 8800 GTS 640 can handle it :(.

They should do the trick but it will probably take around 3-4 hours or so to render fully.
