What voltage are you at to keep those clocks stable while folding?

I may have to try those drivers out then.. I'm assuming that's not a 611 point WU right?

Cool, that's about where I am sitting right now on the older WHQL drivers but my voltage is a tad higher than yours. I wonder when the 260's are gonna be WHQL...

P.S. I have MSI afterburner and have turned my shader clock up to 1051 but that is pretty close to where it maxs out. How are you guys getting much higher shader clocks than me? Also What temps are you running and at what fan% for those clocks. I apologise for the n00b questions. I am a new EVGA folder / overclocker.

Also,

How is it that I can add my folding score to the left as I see some others have?

welcome to the forums and team n635dc!
to get your points showing up there on the left, enter your folding name here
http://www.evga.com/community/myProfile.asp

To get the shaders up that high you´ll need to adjust the voltages with MSI Afterburner

How do I know how to safely adjust voltages to run safe temps as well as stable?

I´m not the worlds greatest ocer, but here´s how it goes.
Find your max stable oc on stock voltage, then increase the voltage one notch and find your max oc there.
Run stress testing programms like furmark, occtr, msi Kombustor ... and watch your temps and look out for artefacts.
Then repeat it, till you find your max overclock or till you´re satisfied with the results

Downloaded the newV2.0 afterburner and messed around a little. I don't think I'm ready for tinkering with voltages but here is what I have going on now.

*Revised numbers*
N635DC --- GTX470 -- 1402/1702  ---   13,500  ------- 258.96

Thats about 2,000 PPD increase on the GTX470 so I'm pretty happy right now.
Combine that with my CPU cranking out almost 10,000 PPD and I think thats pretty good for a newbie.

Nice, don´t forget to get yourself a passkey to get the most out of your cpu.
http://fah-web.stanford.edu/cgi-bin/getpasskey.py
It´s necessary to get the bonus points. Otherwise you´ll only get the base points which are rather low.

Re:*Post Your GTX 465, GTX 470 & GTX 480 Points Per Day (PPD) 2010/10/30 05:38:15 (permalink)
Got the passkey, Maybe that was the reason that the points it says I have earned are lower than the points that the client manager says I am getting. In either case how long using this passkey till I get the bonus points? I have completed 62+ jobs on the GPU with a passkey and 6 on the SMP client with the passkey, dont think I am getting bonus though. Do you get bonus for cpu and gpu?

I also added my folding name to the evga profile but still dont see that it added my points to my name on the left here.

you don´t get bonus points on the gpu ( may come in the future, but nobody knows).
You have to fold 10 smp wus with the passkey first and then maintain an 80% success rate to get the bonus points.
Good question about why its not showing up. Shane had screwed something up with the code.
http://forums.evga.com/tm.aspx?m=654338.

Maybe send him a pm and see if its related. EVGA only updates the stats once per day.
It could be a caps and small letters thing as well as I see you use all caps on your folding name, but small letters here. Folding names are case sensitive

It would probably help more if this info was added to a database that compares the different cards with averages. Maybe you guys could click the Add stats link in my sig and enter your info, and then you can view the comparison by clicking on the PPD avg link.
