Hi, guys. I couldn't find a good answer on how do I pack a 1080TI Hybrid for RMA. I saw some videos, while googling, and some people used a plastic case to protect the video card, but certainly it wouldn't fit a hybrid version of the 1080TI. I'm really concerned about damages during its shipping and I don't have the original box of it, to make the problem a bit more complicated. I have a cardboard box supplied by the post office here and got some antistatic bags and that's it, basically. What should I do to protect the radiator and the videocard itself? Thanks in advance for any help...

I would put the GPU in the antistatic bag and then wrap it in bubble wrap. Then put some bubble wrap around the rad/fan and box it up. Fill any open space in the box with more bubble wrap/foam/peanuts/crinkled up paper/...

The best place to start would be the shipping guidelines and I personally would treat the radiator like it was it's own graphics card and give it space and padding to make sure it doesn't move around and bump into the video card and damage it.

You are lucky in Europe and America. In cesspit where I live no matter how you pack employer in post unpack everything and use some of their boxes usually smaller then you need and then pack with them like retarded administration and imbeciles. And in my country is DHL, Fedex, ... ultra expensive. Only affordable is national post service and arrive very fast but their behavior and regulations are idiotic.

This is a funny one because when I sent mine back I put it in anti static bags and a box big enough for 4cm of padding around it because I was following their instructions, the card I got back was in the smallest box possible with no padding and a simple bubble wrap bag around the card, they could have rejected mine with that packaging but one rule for them and another for us I suppose. The box they sent only just fit the card inside it.

That's how they decide and depend of model. Someone get brand new fabric sealed, someone in open box, someone in that small RMA box. Depend of situation, GPU model, etc... I doubt they would reject RMA if hardware is not damaged.
