The 256GB and 512GB models are rated for 80 TBW and 160 TBW, respectively, while the 1TB is listed for 320 TBW. Patriot backs the P300 SSD with a limited three-year warranty.
The P300 is already available at AmazonNewegg and Patriot's webstore. It starts at $34.99 for the 128GB model and tops out at $324.99 for 2TB.

Personally I believe the pricing to be very good for this budget based M.2 SSD.

Looks like Tom's updated it to say it starts at 128GB to 2TB. I was looking at that first paragraph about 512GB to 1TB being the sizes and wondering why later it said the price on Amazon for 128GB and 2TB.
