OCx overlay showing 1222mhz ?

as the topic says my overlay keeps saying 250-1222mhz then sometimes 1940+ ... buggy or whats going on ?

    That program is extremely buggy right now. What settings are you using. Do you have Vsync enabled?

    just normal settings installed the drivers the OCX and opened it and it shows 251mhz... im like WUT

    I have this issue with version 5.11 (I think) for regular PX, and the issue I have is that sometimes it cannot detect the proper reading on the FPS count. It will drop to 1 or even 2, then go back to 60-61, then drop again. I'm currently playing MGSV, and that game is maxed at 60fps.

    this isnt when playing just sitting in windows its shows that low MHZ also when playing it never goes to 1708 its 1250 etc .. weird as hell
