Hi Everyone,
Wanted to give you an update on the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti availability.
GeForce RTX 2080 Ti general availability has shifted to September 27th, a one week delay. We expect pre-orders to arrive between September 20th and September 27th.
There is no change to GeForce RTX 2080 general availability, which is September 20th.
We’re eager for you to enjoy the new GeForce RTX family! Thanks for your patience.
Does this mean our evga orders will be delayed too?

I doubt it. EVGA has produced the cards, and shifting release would mean that they would've to store their cards another sevend days (which is quite expensive). Also nvidia pre orders are still sent out punctual, its just about the general availability.

So this seems more like a problem with the NVIDIA store orders and not EVGA store orders.

NVIDIA Had already tiered off the preorders though, those within the first few mins got aug 20th dates, then minutes later oct 8th dates, than hour later nov dates..

It is best to make sure your posts are in context with you source  Nvidia has their own "Retail 2080 Ti " ---> the post your information is from gives no indication that it would apply to any other vendor EVGA Has Not made any Official announcements in regards to a shift it there schedule

looks like i was right (possibly), no 2080 ti's are shipping out until the 27th, my evga order on newegg got delayed to the 27th too.
Evga has no impact on neweggs shipping dates.
