No option to initiate Step-Up.

Hi, I purchased an 'EVGA 3070 FTW3 ULTRA' in the UK, received it today and registered the product. I bought it for the purpose of using the Step-Up program. I am logged into my account & it states 'Start a new Step-Up. Days Left 86, Please log in to process your Step-Up'. Can anybody assist me with this? Maybe I am missing something but there is no option to Step-Up. I haven't opened the 3070 yet as I bought it to Step-Up to the 3080 however if I can't do that I am just going to return it to the place I bought it.

    Did you buy it from an authorized reseller? Only items purchased through authorized resellers are eligible for Step Up.

    Yeah I purchased it from cclonline.


    Maybe email EVGA and ask them to look at your account then. It should be there in your "details" page with the option initiate a step up. Reach out to them and see if something was missed.

    Yeah that should work. If not use their "Contact Us" page for the EU store.
