It wouldn't surprise me if they prioritized people who've purchased things from them recently....Frankly, imo, Newegg has lost its edge in terms of
customer service, price and overall quality of experience.
I hope you are right haha, I just ordered Fractal Design Meshify 2 atx cases this week, and also just entered the shuffle for the first time today. I hope I'm one of the lucky ones

the block is hottt. Here's hoping we get a bite. I've noticed they send promo emails when I've entered the shuffle. Seeing them in the sender always gives me a brief moment of hope.

Today on my 4th attempt I was selected to purchase an Asus 3080 (white edition) and ASUS PG259QNR monitor. I've been looking for a new eSports monitor for my son and had a $300 gift card so I bought the package. I'm not really sold on the ROG Strix...I really was hoping to get the EVGA 3080 FTW3 / EVGA PSU package. I am going to continue to try for an EVGA 3080 or 3080 Ti.
But "winning" on my 4th day seems odd to me with so many reports of people going months without a bite.

I'm curious, what time did Newegg send you the notice you missed? I'm wondering if someone doesn't get an immediate notice at noon, they will only then get selected if someone else misses their purchase window. I received my first email right at 12:00 PM Pacific and a reminder email at 1:31 PM Pacific.

That is true but prices are coming down compared to 3 months ago. More importantly in some countries you can at least find stock.

Yeah, very true. But it can make sense if you actually want or need the "extra stock" item anyway. For my myself/wife/kids, I'm currently maintaining 4 laptops, 6 desktops, 10 external monitors, and any number or peripherals. I've just upgraded two of the laptops and now working on five of the desktops, so I'm good with some of the "bundles".
