Does anyone know the odds of winning the Newegg shuffle? Has anybody here won it? I've been trying for a few weeks now and selecting all the nvidia combos to better my odds but still haven't won.

They claim it's completely random, however after reading several different posts on several different forums, etc, most of the "winners" of the Newegg Shuffle have either recently or previously purchased high-dollar items from Newegg and "coincidentally" just happened to be selected.  Many of them have been selected multiple times per month and sometimes per week.  That just doesn't seem statistically possible if it is supposedly "random".

I have entered into the Newegg Shuffle well over 70 times and have not gotten selected once.

So you've only entered the Newegg Shuffle for a total of two separate times, and out of those two, you were selected for one of them?  Have you recently or previously purchased anything from Newegg prior to entering the Newegg Shuffle?

I have been getting automatic texts from newegg every time there is a shuffle and I have signed up almost every time.

I *finally* got selected a few days ago. I estimate that I have signed up 30-ish times at this point.

Odds are very low, better than getting struck by lightning, but still low.  I won it once, so it's not a scam.

Also, how do I add a cool signature like you? I wanna show off all my Dell OEM parts lol. Bought an alienware 3090 prebuilt because that cost the same as a card on the market lol.

Its got to be much better than 1/300000 based off the number of people in this thread who have won compared to the number of users on the forum

Watching that Reddit Post, it really seems that you have to buy something previously from them to have a chance of winning in the Shuffle.

Still... was wondering. Is the NewEgg Shuffle exclusively for NA/UK or works for other EU countries?

My last regular purchase on Newegg was on February for an nvme. Before that I did get a bunch of my components for my build from them. I got selected on March 1, April 1, and April 23. So it's been a while since I've purchased stuff from them.

As far as the signature, go to edit your profile on the full website (pc) and there will be an option to add/edit signature.

I've purchased about $5K worth of parts from newegg in the past few months for building custom systems for other people.  So far I've won the newegg shuffle 3 out of 8 times I've entered.  I'm not sure if its luck or if there is truth to the fact that high volume customers are more likely to win.

I find this absurd how people are getting kicked in the butt with this type of system. It sounds like, we appreciate you for spending money with us and being a long-time customer, but you can't participate. But anyway, you can see below the response from Newegg chat support.

Hi Niles, this is Candice, thank you for your interest in our Newegg website. The Newegg Shuffle is a tool for Newegg.com which works like a lottery give customers a chance to be able to purchase a popular product that normally sells out quickly and to defend against bots and scalpers.

I've seen some posts saying the chance was around 0.001% for a brand new account that hasn't purchased anything but I believe previous Newegg customers get favored in the shuffle. I have entered over 10 times and have won nothing. Never bought anything from newegg on THIS account.

Neither myself or my very small circle of PC building friends have ever won anything on the shuffle.  I imagine that, if it is completely random, it would depend on what you're looking for.  I only sign up for the 5950Xs and they probably have like 3 or 4 at a time so my odds are really low.

it's really messed up how they'll list a card, and when you click on it. They add another item. Like some of these cards are over 1k, and they're talking on another 1k.

I have enterd in newegg shuffle 78 times. I won 1 6800xt , but didn't buy it. Newegg claims the buyer is randomly selected, but this is not the case. The past history of purchases, the age of account registration, and many more reasons are taken into account

It wouldn't surprise me if they prioritized people who've purchased things from them recently....Frankly, imo, Newegg has lost its edge in terms of
customer service, price and overall quality of experience.
